By providing your consent, you are opting-in to receive promotional text messages from Gage (“the Program”). Promotional text messages may include event alerts and updates, discounts, special offers and information about new products and/or services. You may receive multiple text messages per month from Gage. Your consent is not required as a condition to purchase goods or services from Gage. Message and Data Rates may apply. You expressly consent that Gage may send SMS or MMS messages (including text messages), artificial or prerecorded messages using an automated telephone dialing system, at any telephone number received by you, even if the telephone number is currently listed on any internal, corporate, state, or national Do-Not-Call (DNC) list. You may cancel your subscription to the Program at any time by texting STOP to any communication received from the Program.

You may also cancel your subscription to the Program by contacting Gage at marketing@gageusa.com. If you contact Gage you will need to provide your mobile phone number in order to be removed from the Program. It may take up to ten (10) business days to process your stop request. You may receive additional promotional text messages from us during this time.

CARRIERS: Message and data rates may apply to your use of the Program. However, we do not charge you to participate in the Program. Please consult the wireless service agreement for the individual pricing plan applicable to your mobile handset or other mobile device (“Device”).

SUPPORTED CARRIERS: The Program may not be available for all service providers or for all Devices. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that a particular wireless service provider will enable you to participate in the Program. We may, in our sole discretion, add or delete a cellular carrier at any time, with or without notice.

UPDATED INFORMATION: You agree to notify Gage whenever you change your email or mobile number. If we receive an electronic notice that an email or phone number is undeliverable or inoperative, then Gage is required by law to cease all further communication.

RECORDKEEPING: By Opting-In to the Program, you agree and acknowledge that Gage may retain your consent for at least four (4) years.

PRIVACY POLICY: This text messaging program is governed by Gage Cannabis Co., and its Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. You may access the Privacy Policy at www.gageusa.com.
