Do I need a medical card to purchase at Gage?

A valid, unexpired medical marijuana patient card is required to browse and purchase products at our provisioning centers.

In addition, you will need a valid, unexpired state/Federally-issued identification card or passport.

Do you accept temporary approval emails from the state of Michigan?

We accept temporary Michigan medical patient emails within 10 days of issue. After ten days of approval, a physical medical marijuana patient card is required. 

This email must contain your unique patient ID number.

What are the rules regarding out of state medical marijuana patient cards and identification?

We accept valid, unexpired medical marijuana patient cards issued by states with medical marijuana programs.

A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID is required, but does not need to match the issuing medical marijuana patient card state, province or territory.

What time do you register/admit your last patient?

New patients must begin registration before 8pm. 

Returning patients must begin registration before 8:30pm.

All sales must be finalized before 9pm.

Do you have a well-lit parking lot?

Yes, the lighting in our parking lot turns on before dusk each evening.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Can my friend come in and watch while I shop?

No, each guest must have a valid medical marijuana patient card to enter the showroom.

Can my friend or children come in the lobby and wait while I shop?

Yes, guests without medical marijuana patient card are permitted to wait in the lobby.

Yes, children are permitted to wait in the lobby.

Are pets allowed?

Only registered service animals are permitted on the premises of any of our facilities.

I am a Concealed Pistol License holder. May I bring my firearm into the provisioning center?

No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises of any of our facilities.

Can I call my friends, take pictures of your products or otherwise use my cell phone?

Cell phone use is permitted – and encouraged! – in our lobby.

Cell phone use of any kind is NOT permitted in the showroom.

Are your stores medical, recreational or both? When will you offer recreational sales?

Michigan currently allows sales to medical marijuana patient cardholders only.

We will offer recreational sales when the state allows.

What’s the legal limit of possession of cannabis?

Per Michigan rules, you may possess up to 2.5 oz of cannabis product on your person in public, including in your vehicle.

What’s my daily purchase limit?

Per Michigan rules, you may purchase up to 2.5 oz per day.

What’s my monthly purchase limit?

Per Michigan rules, you may purchase up to 10 oz per (30 Days).

Medical-Patient Care

Can I get a medical card at your store?

Michigan medical marijuana patient cards are issued by the state following an approved recommendation from an authorized medical provider (licensed doctor).

Do you have an onsite doctor providing recommendations?

There are several doctors issuing marijuana recommendations to patients in the area, but our provisioning center is for purchasing product only. We do not recommend doctors or provide access to one at our provisioning centers.

Yes, to select areas near our provisioning centers. Visit gageusa.com, click on order now and choose a location to see if you are within our delivery area, browse our menu, and place an express pickup or delivery order.

Who’s in charge? I had a bad experience with one of your stores! Who do I speak to?

First, we apologize for any negative experience you may have had. Our number one goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care and customer experience. 

Can you tell me more about the situation – when and where this occurred?
